When I was offered the chance to review this DVD, I jumped at it… every preggo knows there are so many aches and pains, especially late in pregnancy. The DVD is 45 minutes long and is divided into 5 – 10 minute chapters so you can skip right to the troubled area if you want. We did the whole thing and it was wonderful! It’s a full body massage, including your belly and hips. My favorite was the “pelvic rock,” which actually seemed to help lessen the pain during contractions in early labor too!
