NYC: so good they named it twice

I leave for BlogHer in New York, New York on Thursday morning… I have so​.much​.to​.do. Yes, this blog post is on the list, so I am busy crossing something off Ryan didn’t fall asleep tonight until just after 9pm (usually does at 7pm) so I lost most all of my free time — AHHHHHHHHHHH. He just knows I’m trying to get ready to leave!!

But let’s be positive and look at what I’ve done:

~Made some awesome progress on my BlogHer to-do list, including writing out my entire conference schedule.

~Got my business cards!
If you follow me on twitter, you know I was complaining that at least half my cards were cut off-centered and a little crooked. I’m OCD like that (some of you couldn’t tell when I posted pictures). Vista Print saw all my complaining and on Monday morning they refunded my entire order and rush delivered new cards (let’s hope they get here tomorrow!)

~Got my laptop skin – love it!

~Got my buttons!

Got some stuff… a camera case, a notebook, a folder and a card carrying case. And printed all my party tickets and event reminders.

~I recorded myself singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star… so that Steve can play it for Ryan at night when I’m gone. Don’t worry, I’m not posting that here… we don’t ALL need to suffer.

So what’s still a mess? I have no idea what to wear. How causal? How fancy? How cold or hot? How comfy?

So I need to pack. Which means I probably need to do laundry. And charge my laptop and camera. And PUMP more milk! I’m freaking out that there won’t be enough. Steve asked me if we run out should he feed Ryan formula or try to have him wait till I get back… seriously, he asked that.

I need to sort and assign times for all the people who want to pick up Simplisse swag bags – whoohoo! That’ll be like Christmas and I get to be Santa
